Reason #2. I could only roughhouse with my kids for a few minutes at a time before I was so out of breath I had to stop. Don't even get me started on playing any kind of sports with them; I'm an adult, I don't need that kind of thing any more. Heck, once you get into your late 20's or early 30's you are way to mature to carry on like a child. I don't need to get into shape for that nonsense!

Reason #3. I think it is great that my son would rather spend time with his friend's dad doing crazy fun active stuff like water skiing, football, and soccer. Heck I don't need that, he lives with me. I get to see him... well a few minutes before bed time... and when he gets home from school. Why would I want to be able to do all of those so called "fun" activities? NO, I am fine just the way I am.

Reason #4. I have no problem going to the lake, or even better floating, with the family. It doesn't bother me in the least to be one of the guys that ALWAYS keeps their shirts on. It also doesn't bother me to see all of these nice looking buff guys floating on by with their ripped arms and chest. And it really doesn't bother me one bit to see my wife stare at them the whole time. I know she loves me and she doesn't care that I don't have a body like that...

Reason #5. This is what it finally took for me to understand why I needed to start working on my body. In December of 2007 I was diagnosed with type II diabetes and cardiac artery disease. I was only 40 years old and I was facing quadruple bypass heart surgery. I was lucky enough to make it through the surgery, and ever since I have been working to strengthen my body. I am working Sean Nalewanyj's Truth About Gaining Muscle three times a week and I am doing cardio two (sometimes three) times a week.

Other Interests For Personal Expression

Body art and piercing's are a great form of personal expression and while I am not much on piercing's, I do like a well thought out tattoo. It seems that allot of people go overboard with their tattoos, or they don't really think about what they really want before they just jump into something. Again, I like tattoos when they compliment a persons body and not so much when they overwhelm. I especially like a well done angel wings tattoo. In my personal opinion, tattoos should be placed on the body so they can be concealed if need be, and there's nothing much more sexy when a woman takes her shirt of and reveals a beautiful work of art you never knew she had...
